Phil North

Our Borough Councillor is Phil North.  The Bourne Valley Ward includes Vernham Dean, Tangley & Enham.  He is very happy to help with any questions regarding Borough Council services and can also advise on planning applications and related issues in the Parish.  Phil is also Leader of the Borough Council, Cabinet Chairman, and a member of the General Purposes Committee.
