HM Queen Elizabeth II

It is with great sadness that Hurstbourne Tarrant Parish Council learnt of the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II today (8th September 2022).

Message from our Chairman, Cllr Ian Kitson:

“Hurstbourne Tarrant Parish Council members are deeply saddened to hear of the death of HM The Queen.

We hope we speak on behalf of all our Parishioners in relaying our deepest condolences to the Royal Family.

Your dedication to your country has been an example to us all. Rest in Peace, your Majesty”.

The Parish Council will plant a memorial tree at the Centenary Garden in due course. Parishioners are welcome to lay flowers at the ‘Field of Remembrance’ trough.
