Parish Council meeting dates 2026-27
The attached are the dates of the meetings for the coming municipal year.
Annual Parish Council meeting – Monday 18th May at 6pm (following by the Annual Assembly at 7.30pm)
The annual meeting of the parish council deals with the election of the chair and vice chair, sets councillors' priorities for the coming year, and deals with the previous financial year's reports.
Annual Parish Meeting of the Electorate
The annual meeting of the electorate (not a parish council meeting) will take place on Monday 18th May 2026 at 7.30pm.
April Parish Council Meeting
Monday 20th April 2026 at Hurstbourne Tarrant Community Centre, at 7.30pm
March Parish Council Meeting
The next Parish Council meeting will be on Monday 16th March 2026 at the usual time of 7.30pm.
February Parish Council Meeting
The next Parish Council meeting will be on Monday 16th February 2026 at the usual time of 7.30pm.
January Parish Council Meeting
The next Parish Council meeting will be on Monday 19th January 2026 at the usual time of 7.30pm.
